Are you talking about the first Drago? Or are you talking about my 22 week old faverolles pullets? I’m going to assume the first Drago. I had a makeshift roost in their brooder that wasn’t properly secured and I don’t know if he was on it when it fell or it fell on him, but he ended up breaking his neck. He was still alive when I found him but there was nothing that could be done for him and he died not long after; poor baby was only 8 weeks old at the time.

But, anyways, I like to have a mix. I don’t like having more than two of the same kind.

Yeah, Drago I was very calm too. He’d sit in my hand patiently while I took pictures of him. Drago II isn’t as calm, but he’s not high strung like Iggy is.

I regret that these were the last pictures I was able to take of Drago I but I slacked off on keeping up with his weekly progression.

The crew’s around 17 weeks now. I don’t think anyone is laying, but I did catch Chunk making something that sounded like an egg song. I’ll get stuff posted in a bit

I somehow lost track of this thread and had a ton of pictures to look through! Wow, they grew a lot since I last saw! I'm sure they're huge by now! I think you might be right on Frost that she's an Olive-egger since she never grew a crest in. My Legbar from them this year, Harriet, ended up with a pretty big crest for the breed.

Aww, a hobo? She's a fairly attractive bird, bit too much crest for my tastes but interesting to look at nonetheless.
