Hi Dawg53...thanks for replying... It is a bit swollen compared to the other. I think she might have gotten dirt in there or scratched it with something. I put drops in it this AM and will wash it when I get home. What do you think?

Yes, it's possible debris or dirt may have gotten in her eye. Liberally flush with saline solution, then put a little neosporin ointment in her eye to prevent bacterial infection...just a little.

I also used neosporin on a couple of my chickens with good results. It took awhile, a week or so of daily neosporin application, but they finally improved and healed fully. No vision problems what so ever.
