Funky shaped eggs!

We have a French cuckoo maran that lays funky shaped eggs. Sometimes they are flat on one side and even have wrinkles in them. Is this normal? Will it keep happening or will she work it out eventually? I guess it doesn't really matter that much but we can't sell deformed eggs...

How old is she? When pullets first start layin, they can have some real strange eggs...
