When I worked in the recovery room at the hospital we would take report from the OR nurse. I always rounded the start time to the nearest 5 minute interval for convenience since we took vital signs every 15 minutes.
Once a nurse told me that "she always used the in-between numbers so they wouldn't feel left out."
I shook her hand and said "You are SO MUCH weirder than I am."
