I only know how to do it on an apple phone. Change the camera to "live" and then take a picture of whatever while it's moving. Turn it to a "bounce" and upload it. If you don't have an apple phone there are many online GIF makers.

Ok, i was watching a video and they put kool aid in a tuna fish sandwich (mixed in the tuna) then soaked the sandwich in the kool aid and drank the juice with bits of sandwich in it
