I have a spitzhauben whose crest goes forward, but fans out like a fan. Her name is "fan head."

But my favorite chicken is a silkie serama i named Phoenix. She (and her sibling) died of hypothermia when she was a day old but my friend resuscitated her. (Literally, not breathing and limp - it was well below 32 degrees that early December morning ) She survived, but lost all her toes due to frostbite. So it seemed appropriate to name her Phoenix as she came back to life. Unfortunately her sibling died permanently the next day.
This is Phoe with her baby this February.

They should do a contest for chicken lookalikes!

When she was little she had just a few feathers off the sides of her face and looked just like Yzma’s eyelashes.
