This is my one year old hen Bucky. Anyone know what might be going on with her feet?

Two thoughts come to mind....frostbite and self-picking.

Some mites burrow into the skin and can be very irritating, however the photo doesn't show really raised scales.

@Wyorp Rock ...what do you think about this?

I would say Frostbite. The toes on the right foot look like they will fall off to me. Left foot, some are already missing. Most likely the feet will be o.k., but would watch for signs of infection. Try to keep the feet dry and your hen on clean, dry bedding.
Some people do daily soaks in epsom salts to help heal and soothe the foot, but you will want to make sure the feet are dried well and inspected closely for signs of infection.

If you have vet care, it's always best to get their opinion.

Where is she roosting?
Chickens in cold weather should be able to roost in such a way that they can squat over their feet so that their feathers blanket their feet completely.

Are your roost poles too narrow? Chickens don't clasp like wild birds but sit on flat feet. You should have something wide like a 2×2 rather than a thin dowell or branch.

Feet left exposed can become frosted if you have very cold, damp weather.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I have a small flock though, and there are no signs of mites or frostbite.:(

Thanks everyone. They Roost on 2 x 4s. There's plenty of thick bedding in their coop.
She still has all of her toes.
I'll keep an eye out for any changes, or signs of infection.

I agree with the frostbite idea. I've seen it happen before, myself. What you must watch out for now, though, is infection. If a staph infection like what causes bumblefoot sets in, things could go from bad to much worse.

Thanks. I've started to research treatment.
You have all been very helpful!
