Funny looking scabs?

Hi all we just noticed these funny looking scabs on our chicken. Any ideas what it might be and if/how we treat it?

Fowl pox. You'll need to treat the whole flock. I have a hen blind in one eye from fowl pox. Let me see if I can get you more information on this.
