how cute!!!!! when i was reading that i was thinking oh he must be a muscovy!!! my drake is cute like that too. but not so much when i am around. we have a kitten who adopted us and likes to hang out with the ducks (my kittens name happeneds to be Fred after my grandma Freda who passed last spring). i walked outside one day and there is Fred in the pen with Duckie, just hanging out. it was soo funny. then she got out and came to purr by us. but another time i had Duckie out playing and Fred came up and Duckie didn't like that so he nipped at Fred and she ran away.
my drake has also taken a liking to peek a boo. i tell him to hide and he hides his eyes behind something so he can't see me and i say where is Duckie??? and he pops his head out and i yell PEEK A BOO and he goes nuts!! he shakes his tail, does his little hissing thing while bobing his head (which looks like laughter to me). sstange duck that one.
