Funny story.

Ok, well long story short...

My cat, Zion was stuck in a tree. I went out to talk to him and saw what I thought was a duck in my yard. Then I realized it was not a duck, but a Canada gosling! I do not live very close to water, and there were no other geese in the area. I caught him, named him Shaimus and took lots of pictures. Then I delivered him to a licensed rehabber. The only explination we can come up with is either a hawk or eagle took him and accidentally dropped him into my yard. Either way, it was an awesome experience and now I see why you geese people are so in love with your birds!

Lol I had to have a tree service bring a bucket truck out to get Zion down. That is a whole other story lol. I'm a newbie, and not allowed to post pics yet, but once I can, look out! I'm a photographer and love having new subjects, so I get a little crazy with the pictures lol.

after 36 long hours, zion was rescued by a tree service. He keeps his paws on the ground now.
