Funny Turkey Behavior

OK, I tried really hard to be good yesterday but today is a different story. I have a question please, Why do these turkeys and peafowl get their pictures taken ,videos and fame but when I do it all I get is cuffed ?

I have a year old Rio Grande tom and two turkey hens. They live together with goats and chickens. My tom seems infatuated with one of my roosters. The rooster is older and not dominate and pretty much stays off my himself. My tom can often be seen out with this rooster circling him, but never hurting or pecking him. The rooster will move away a few feet and the tom will run right after him.its the weirdest thing. Any thoughts about what this behavior means? As far as I can tell, the tom has never touched the roo and is not strutting during this. Thanks
