Meanwhile, Storm tripped and fell off the sidewalk. "Ow," he muttered. How am I going to find any more food? He thought in despair. The roadkill on this street has been picked clean.
Storm yelped, backing away. "Sorry! I can't fly! I'll leave you alone now!" He squeaked in a trembling voice.
“What?! Oh no I would never attack another bird I’m looking for berries” Molly said
"Oh," said Storm, feeling foolish. He watched her flapping with interest.
She circled
Storm followed her shadow carefully, making sure to stay out of sight.
Suddenly she dived snatching up a field mouse.
Storm watched, crouched in the grass. He knew he couldn't catch anything, seeing as you had to dive to do it, but there were other ways to get food... and other things to eat.
“Want some?” She asked her eyes focusing on him.
