I picked up my first chicks monday. I noticed this little girl's feet last night. Will this chicken be okay with her toes fused in the future? She seems to get around jut fine now. I've read that I should cut the skin to separate the toes. Any thoughts would be helpful. Both feet are the same. She is a Golden Laced Wyandotte

It is possible to cut the web between the toes and create a more normal looking/functioning foot. I once had a pair of rollers that produced young with fused toes, and I cut the webbing. I also separated this pair and did not breed from their young even though they were excellent performers.
