They love dust baths.... please put marbles or pebbles in water til they least a week old or they can drown they fly vertically but im sure u find that out so try have a soft mesh top handle them a lot from the start if u can high protein quail starter food as needs to be higher then chick crumb lovely birds to have i hatched 33 four weeks ago now have my 9 left xxx

Sorry, can't. Imagine the roots of a blade of grass, and that's the thickness. It looks as if it is a humans feces with the thickness of a root of a blade of grass and it is stuck under the vent of the quail.
