This whatever-it-is I have is driving me crazy. I'm fine, I'm icky, I'm fine, I'm icky. Gah, body, just pick something already. Currently feeling somewhat okay, but still have to eat plain stuff or my stomach hurts. Oh, and I had to go get my DD from school and learned that some scent flowing out of my heater vents does not agree with me.

I have a feeling that when this is all said and done that 7up, cup of soup, crackers and dry toast will be banned from my diet indefinitely.

I suppose on the bright side, we could just think about the weight we'll lose.

What sort of a scent? Was it "skunky"?

SOOO... That little worthless Fritz the Jerk has not been doing his duty and knocking up Ekta's eggs. Jerk. Had to give all 3 eggs a chuck into the trees. The faverolle eggs are however fertile. By Rod or Florus... who knows... LOL.

Ok... I was playing a game with one of my chickens... why? I am sick. SO, I finished looking at the eggs, turned around and one of the hens on the roost was staring at me with her head kinda cocked to the side, so, I am looking at her, then I straiten my head, and she straitens hers... so I move it to the side, then the other, and she follows exactly. So here I am, moving my head side to side, and so is my chicken, and then she's moving her face closer to me, like she's trying to investigate my glasses, all the while moving her head side to side following me, no matter how fast or how slow I go, she's keeping time. I wish I had a vid camera, not that itd do much good in a red lit room. LOL. ANYWAY! I need to see a doctor apparently.

ok, one other thing... Beulah is high stepping... She keeps tucking her foot up to her chest before each step. I looked at the foot, and side from needing another soak and slather, I can not see what else is wrong with it. I was searching threads and the only other one I found with a hen doing the exact same thing ended up having renal failure, the kidney swollen and putting pressure on the siatic nerve... Thinking was that the renal failure was due to an earlier case of IBV... My only other though is could it be from the mites? She does have them on the legs, I am treating with out drugs, just slathering...
