Evening Nova and Robin. I am very whipped right now. I think I'm going to call it an early night which will probably shock my family so much they will all think I'm deathly ill. But after getting to bed later than my norm last night due to the darn wrap/package to ship crap and getting called in, I've had it. And I already know I have to get up early to run some errands before having to go in to work again. Blah.

Ok, one mini-rant....OMG People! Your cars have turn signals for a reason! GRRRR!

I have learned over the years as an OTR that turn signals and dimmer switches are like a piece of optional equipment............... there option whether to use them or not!

1:30am and the wind is blowing at 65 mph. I can't go outside because of all the debris blowing from the trees but am so worried about the girls and the goats. The dogs are huddled in the living room with me - they don't like all the ruckus from the wind at all. Of course all we will get is wind and no rain - "sigh". Hope my babies are okay. DH and I spray foamed all the cracks in the barn on the north and west sides so that should help. This is supposed to be over by 3 so I'll go out and check everything then...

Well, the wind is crazy here too. It is blowing out of the east! Neighbors chickens will not be able to use their run today because they've not put up plastic. The run is open from the north and east which normally wouldn't be a problem... except the north wind... My birds however are out there crowing it up like it's another day in sunny patch... well dry patch. LOL. Boy am I glad I got that covered.

Gotta get the kid up. Depending on the weather, might not have school tomorrow! NONONONONONONO!!!!!

No, really, if I didn't have 8 roosters/cockerels I would take him in a heart beat and just get more hens from Theron ASAP. BUT I don't have a serema coop built yet And even Fritz the Jerk beats up Florus...
