Apparently not; who's he? This is a mind game! I read it on the internet somewhere, can't remember which article it is! I could google it again but kinda zonked tonight. Stock is a easy job, but the boxes are heavy for me and requires doing a lot of fast lifting, early at 6 am! Lots of coffee, that's what gets me through; but then i crash. lol.
I'm almost tempted to cough up THOSE hours, but it would make a pretty big difference in my check, but come spring i'm going to get a second job, so............ maybe. What i gotta figure is whether when i train her i will give the secrets of what i do that makes it so nice, there is doing the job and there is doing it with finesse I received no training here, but i have my previous job's experience and for once having a nit-picky boss is paying off! Ha ha ha. It has taken me well over a month of steady work to get that room up to par, and everything layed out where it's convenient................. and the cleaning. Definitely wasn't getting done before!!! Gloss over perhaps, but not the real deal.
I am not good at all with politicing, but one shouldn't say you won't take someones hours and try to act innocent, then wistfully say a few days later "oh good i'm getting trained next week. I need more hours" I'm no expert, but i think that means war??? lol.
I don't normally consider short shifting someones training, but i've only been in trouble a few times since i was a teen at a job, and since that girl started it's been a revolving stream of bad days.............
I don't know how to do these situations, in the past i dealt with it for a month or two then threw in the towel and walked away; I need to stay here for a good length of time though so i will have to muddle through the situation.
On the one hand i can do like they are doing and pull the boss in every time they make a mistake, and write them all down; but i despise that kind of thing and i think the boss does too; but why is she taking them serious, and how will i prevail if i don't do tit for tat?????
Time will tell???? l had a situation like this before, and it dragged on for 5 years so i definitely need to sit and stew over it a bit.
I just found the funniest app for nook. It's called Eggsplosion and basically you have a hen walking around a farm yard and when she gets near enough you tap her and she shoots out eggs trying to hit as many cows and pigs as she can with them. Once she hits one you see giblets flying, too. It's crazy, but I like it. LOL
