Well, I took advantage of the warmth and got my scraping done. Was a relief to get it all off with out using an ice pick! Also got the birds to go out. Had to pick one up and set her out, then it was like the exodus! All of them Came out and Rod Stewart led the way. Where are they now? In the garage...

Hello to everyone. Nice thawing day here in Montague.
Gotta take Jo into muskegon today for her macular degeneration check up. Dr. says it's not getting worse than when he first started treating, however she was blind in that eye then. How's that for progress?

My dad had wet mac. He had a great Dr fix him up. To the point of being able to drive! So, being able to see when you were once blind, I call that good.

Well, one of the fav eggs that was to hatch this weekend is no more. Time to move Skatter to pc in the garage. Looks like the was a fight in the nest box. Feathers everywhere, Skatter very pithed off, egg shell punctured on the aircell end. Baby was still warm but dead and shrink wrapped. Sad... Woulda hatched in 3 days...

I have 5 kids here today... Oh man... At least the 2 older ones keep themselves busy and the 2- 4 yo keep eachother busy... It is the 1yo that causes the issues and needs the most attention... and she has been good today!
I would say the stinkery of all of them is the puppy today... Ug... she woke up at 6am... I was not a happy person at 6am...

I can't wait to get my paints so I can start doing reborns!! They should be coming any day now!!! I will try not to creep you guys out with the pictures LOL

Hey everyone! I'm so disappointed! Trying to post pics of my new chickens but for some reason my iPad isn't working out for me! Hope everyone is having a great day? I'm so excited ended up with more chickens that I planned on... And I'm totally hooked on chickens! They are such amazing creatures, so much fun to watch!

Yeah and my laptops in shop soooo... I guess I'll try in few days to post my pictures! My golden retriever is kinda acting crazy with the new varmints in the coops. Of course she's a BIRD dog so go figure. She's just very snoopy at this point, will wait and see how this works out!

Doing great! Just watching this stuff melt! Better than watching the icicles form last night. I see a coop cleaning in the forecast!

You gals know I am flexible so any day will work for me.

I've got an itch! I have a friend that said she would hatch some eggs for me, we know who you are! Has anyone had any luck with hatching eggs off eBay or should I stay away.
Also, maybe looking for a SLW roo.

I didn't say that did I ? I have an incubator you can use LOL. Too early for me to hatch chicks. Going into lambing time now.
