I like these two
Thanks, Fuzzy. As with everything here they are all very spoiled. She runs to the gate when she sees me coming and then hops on my lap as soon as I sit down and just talks, telling me all about what's gone on today. I think she complains about her sisters - but in a nice way of course LOL. I would really like 2-3 lavender orps. Maybe in the spring.Gigi, those birds look fat and happyOf course you know i had to notice your pretty buff blue

Do you shear your sheep for wool? I've really gotten into wool lately. I'm felting but maybe would eventually (if ever have the time) to learn to spin and maybe weave. Oh well, one can dream.Well I have never had good luck keeping a goat in. Even with chain link they would get out. Much rather have my sheep. They only get out when I open the gate and let them out.
No I don't. My sheep are hair sheep. They don't have regular wool. But I do have 3 that needs sheared. My friend shears them and I just give her the wool when she is done.Do you shear your sheep for wool? I've really gotten into wool lately. Morning! So you are up early too? Why aren't we in bed?Morning Gigi
I'm not familiar with the difference. Do you comb them out and use the shedded hair? Or are they like my goats and just hang out? Wish we were closer and I'd be bugging you for leftover wool/hair - ha.No I don't. My sheep are hair sheep. They don't have regular wool. But I do have 3 that needs sheared.
