Gölden Øąĸŝ - a fantasy RP

Sorry guys, the Internet got struck by lightning soooo... And I won't have time to get on for the rest of the week. I might hopefully...

Ivy watched the lady. "More like ghost." She snickered. She still held her gun out like Estelle, though she knew it wouldn't help much.

(Oh no, I hope no one got hurt by that!)

Enya dropped the plants she gathered in a pile, and walked over to the water. "I believe you know how to fish?" She asked slowly.

No one got hurt, thankfully!
Ivy said," Of course!"

Enya was staying completely still, and stared at the water. She then quickly reached down with her claws and grabbed a fish, taking it out of the water and looking at it.
It was a good sized fish, and could've done well for a meal, but she let it fall limply out of her hand and back into the water.

"Then catch one. I'm only a ghost after all, can't do much." Enya told Ivy, referring to what she had said earlier. For some reason, that comment had agitated Enya.

Estelle nodded her head slowly. "Yes, but as you can see, my tackle isn't exactly up to standards," she pulled up the rod to see if the worm was still there. It wasn't.

Enya looked at Estelle's rod. She liked Estelle more than Ivy, who was rather confident in her words.
"You need something freshly killed." Enya told her, and looked in the direction of the woods. "I'll be right back."

She walked away, and after a few minutes came back with a large, and dead, lizard. Enya took the tail and held it out to Estelle, "This will attract fish more than bugs, that most use."

Estelle took the lizard, holding it as far from her body as possible. "Do I just cut a chunk off?" She asked, pulling her knife out.

"You should probably just put the entire thing on your hook, it looks like a wounded fish that way. The mermaids won't take it that way too, since they don't eat fish." Enya explained. "If you just take a chunk off that doesn't look like a fish, it's likely a mermaid will take it. They love land animals. Watch."

Enya took the tail-less lizard and threw it into a deeper part of the water. It took around a minute before the water stirred and a few mermaids came up, fighting over the lizard. Finally one took it away from the others and swam away, the other mermaids following.

"They're not too bright, like any other fish they'll just mistake the tail for a sea creature."
