Gagging chickens!

I bought two deathlayer chickens 1 month ago and they were 4 months. But after a week of having them I see the hen would gag every minute while walking and sleeping. At first I thought nothing and then I see that it has been happening for a month. And now I see the rooster has starting to do it. With the hen stomach also getting big. Then the hen was also attacked the first week by the other hens could this be a reason? I am wondering what could be the cause for their gagging? I don’t have any pictures of what they currently look like, but this is what it looked like the first week after it was attacked but it has now healed.
