Found this site of a farm in Oregon that ship adult geese! They have some Mini geese varieties. No available Embden now

Are you in driving distance to them Sarah they have wonderful birds. She doesn't need an Embden any goose breed will work what ever you like.

I'm in Southern Cali and Oregon is a 15 hour (1,015 mi) drive from me! I'll have to have one shipped, unless I get information of one locally soon. So, any breed will do? Hmm, that's good to know. Will make new fliers and start the search all over.

Have you been on the Calif. thread in "where am i where are you" might be another place to try.

I'd say you got it covered. Did you check out the rehoming thread and the Buy Sell trade thread also. How your lil one tonight? and do you live on an island? oh to be on one now laying in the sun on the beach sounds heavenly.

I think I posted under 'Wanted' - not sure tho, definitely need to check out the other threads. Afraid to post too many, in case cross posting is not OK with BYC.
Live on an island? No such luck I'm in the desert area of Southern Cali - which is north of San Diego and South of L.A. and the area got named Inland Empire - go figure! It's actually part of Riverside County (although no river - a mystery to be solved when I get time to sleuth around online). Lil one is being frisky today - she flew some distance trying to escape her meds. On the slight worrisome side, her droppings were watery, milky or clear at times - but it's mostly solid other times. Got her a bowl of mud so she won't miss the outdoors and she's feasting! So, things are good overall.

With her dropping that may be from the meds. Have you been giving her any probiotics? Sounds like she is feeling better. which we love to hear.

I just got a PM from the BYC Moderation Team reminding me that posting a wanted ad in the BST and on other forums is not permitted. So, the other postings will be removed. Also, under 'Animals In Need of Free Re-Homing' there is this message: Do not list wanted ads or rescue ads in this section. There is just the one ad now under BST. I will make some fliers and post them other places, hopefully that will expedite things in getting the gander. Thanks for all your help.
