Champ nosed her. "Want to join one?" He asked, his voice gentle.
"Protection." Champ said. "There are alot of bad stallions out there, and a sweet little mare like yourself could be injured by them." He scowled and looked across the field.Holly looked up." I dont know whats so good about being in one?"
"Protection." Champ said. "There are alot of bad stallions out there, and a sweet little mare like yourself could be injured by them." He scowled and looked across the field.
"Oh really?" Champ nickered."Well ive lived with myself long enough I think I can handle myself..." Holly muttered.
"Oh really?" Champ nickered.
Champ nodded. He nudged her again. "Would you like to join me?" He nickered, and smiled."Yeah pretty sure don't know but have a pretry good guess but you never know..." Holly explained.
Gypsy's head shot up, when she heard Kaliska's whinny. "My daughter." She nickered, to the mare. "Sounds like she's in trouble. Please excuse me!" Gypsy turned and sprinted away, her hooves were moving so fast, it seemed like she wasn't touching the ground.
She reached the waterfall in a surprisingly short amount of time, and it only took her a second to understand the scene she saw before her: Two strange stallions, one that obviously had intentions of snaking away mares, Rebel and Lance, Kaliska, and Sierra, with worried faces.
"What's going here?!?!" She bellowed. Her ears were pinned flat against her head, her eyes blazed with fury, and her teeth were bared. She wasn't much bigger than the stallions, and was certainly in no condition to fight them off because of her foal, which was due in a week. I have to intimidate them. She thought. Gypsy took a threatening step towards the stallions, and Kaliska and Sierra bolted to her side, and copied her body language.
Gyspy lunged at Xander. "Get lost!" She snapped. Sierra looked at Xander, and didn't move. Kaliska struck out at the colt with a back hoof.Xander snarled at the newcome colt, his ears pinned down to his skull as he snapped at the air towards him. "Get lost! These ones are with me," he assured him, glaring. As he turned to the mares his ears flicked up and he nickered, his neck arched once again as he pranced to their sides. He came up to Gypsy's shoulder lovingly, nuzzling her widened stomach, doing the same at the filly's backsides in attempt to have them move with him to the border. "Shh... Let's calm down. I'll take you three to a safer area, away from this... this mutt," Xander whispered through his gentle nudges.
