On another note, has anyone every played The World Ends With You? Yes, cheesy name but the game is quite fun...

This was actually seen on Youtube. On the Military Channel's Top Ten Combat Rifles program, they were discussing the FN FAL. It was being fired at full auto. No surprise there. But some COD players were actually saying that the FAL is only semi-auto!

Really? So I'm hallucinating the guy holding the trigger and spraying .308 caliber bullets?

Okay well i wasnt meaning no opinions, sheesh. I just dont want this to turn into what every video game forum turns into: PS3 VS 360 flame wars, Halo vs CoD Flame wars, and all that stuff

So yeah idk, lol and I HAVE FIRED A GUN

It's called "over-reading," I believe.

The gun bug just bit me less than a year ago, and most of my reading on the subject has been done over the summer. The debates over which gun is better are fascinating. AR-15 vs AK-47 is typical, and sometimes somebody jumps in with something completely random like the Ruger Mini-14. Plus, I recently made a friend who takes survival classes, reloads ammo, and has a Special Forces handbook.

I swear I think that thing is illegal. It shows you how to make RPG rounds. 0_o

I've fired a 9-mm handgun, a .45 handgun, a .357 revolver, a .38 revolver, I own a .22, dad owns a 12-gauge, and I've also fired a variety of 20-gauges and 12-gauges.

Never fired a rifle larger than a .22, but hopefully I'll have an AK pretty soon.

Maybe it's because I've never fired one before, but what's so fun about guns other than say, hunting? Do you shoot targets or something or are you a hunter? I've fired a hunting bow before, and I can say it's pretty cool, and it doesn't make my ears bleed.
