Which is why I DON'T intend to buy Black Ops, as cool as it looks. Wii-exclusive Conduit 2 is the route I'll be going. The multiplayer just might measure up to Halo this go round.

The Wii exclusives hold up much better than the multi platforms, in my opinion.

How good is Halo's multiplayer?

If you mean Halo Reach, it's mind-blowingly awesome. It can be frustrating if you meet a hacker, but that is exceedingly rare. It got annoying, though, because somehow everyone ELSE would make it to the shotgun and get it before I could.

If I had to rate it, I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10. It's that good.

How often did you run into annoying little brats? <--- The deciding fact of multiplayer for me.

Very rarely. In fact, only one voice-chatter was annoying, and she got shot up real bad when the game started. She was demanding that others use voice chat, then called everyone idiots. However, when the game started, she was singled out for sniping.

Occasionally you'll find the odd camper, but it's just another strategy in my opinion. I'll admit, online with any shooter I'm real bad about camping. Especially when I have a shotgun.

I don't mind campers, just those annoying kids that blab 24/7. Thanks for the information!

The Reach crowd is actually rather silent - thank Heavens! On Halo 3 at a friend's house, we got cussed out so badly it was horrifying. In 3 hours of play today, not one person swore.

I nearly pity that girl who got on everyone's nerves. She shut up real quick about a minute into the game.

Then I remember, she deserved it.

It's some sort of error the 360 gets after you've had it for a while. The little lights around the power button turn red, and then you can't use it ever again. Sending it into Tech Support will not help you. The only way to fix it is to buy a new one.

Ah. I guess it's a good thing, then, that there is no chance of me getting one!

If only they would port Reach to the Wii... Of course, then everything would be downgraded. Still...

Red Ring of Death isn't much of a problem in new Xbox 360's.

My Xbox 360 (Spring 2010- Not slim) runs just as cool as my PS3.

Ooo, oooo, oooo! Halo nerds! Let's talk halo! I love the new assasinations

, especially the elite's. Graphis aren't mind boggling, but are pretty great. Gameplay is awesome. Campaign is sick. Although sad, but anyone who plays halo knew how Halo: reach would play out already. Being an old halo 1 pc pro, I'm SOOO glad the pistol is back. It's my main weapon of choice.

I found that I stink until the last minute or so of the match. All of a sudden, I become a dead shot and gunslinger extraordinaire.

Like eaganchickens said, it's not a problem anymore for 2010 models. The one I had in 2007 quit on me 2 times. Main problem is playing the game too long and letting it overheat, or dust. Sent it in the tech support, got it back. Worked for 5 months, then the ring came back. Sent it back, got it back. 3 months later, dead. Sold it for 30$. Took a long break and now I'm back into xbox. Sadly I haven't had live for months...still working that out with the Ps.

I like the shotgun. I find human weapons to be vastly superior to Covenant ones. Don't get me started on the absolutely horrendous needle rifle.

Every time I used it I got killed. Except once on Paradise, when I was on top of the mountain and the other team was busy.

Until I got assassinated.
