Oh, for cripes sake!!! Cj, I am sorry for all of that...

I avoid that thread and it's predecessor for personal reasons, but I had to go look at what was going on... I wish there was more I could do, but I do support you and what you posted...

I'm also going to search and see if I can find that tidbit I read a while back as well...


And for anyone with questions, faults and oddities that may pop up in a breed *ARE NOT* always indicative of crossbreeding... and expecting perfection from ANY breed is absolutely unrealistic...

Cj, I only saw 1 post about it but really, what you do is amazing. Everyone else appreciates you and how you are so willing to share. Please don't let it discourage you! It's impossible to please some people.

And then there's all the PMs. He's seems to be a very needy person. I feel like I have a leech draining the blood and energy away from me. Time to block him.

Yeah, Sally Sunshine went through this with him too. I try to avoid making any contact with him just because I saw her frustration with him in the past. Not something anyone wants to deal with. DEFINITELY a good time to block him.

Don't let it get to you CJ - your birds are pretty awesome and the eggs you've donated to this, and so others can experience your birds with out paying an arm and a leg has been amazing gift.

If this is something that this person keeps doing it might be a good idea to mention that it's happening to the moderators. Plus if he's sending you that many PMs it is considered harassment and can be reported, if you need to go that route.

As for the feather stubs, ever since I brought in a new rooster I'm getting some of them too. I'm hoping to get rid of them by switching to another rooster, but a small percentage of my chicks are hatching with them.

All that over free eggs - really, truly free eggs since he didn't even have to pay for shipping. Honestly, he's acting like you ripped him off or something.
