It's not that thread, or the predecessor thread.  This time around it's one person.  My post pretty much sums it up.



I saw two posts in that thread, and I don't even read that thread.  There were a few posts in the other thread.  I don't read that thread either.  No posts were directly disparaging.  And then there's all the PMs.  He's seems to be  a very needy person.  I feel like I have a leech draining the blood and energy away from me.  Time to block him.



Sad thing is, I was warned . . . .

I have issues about respect, and to me that was beyond disrespectful to you and completely undeserving...

If this is something that this person keeps doing it might be a good idea to mention that it's happening to the moderators. Plus if he's sending you that many PMs it is considered harassment and can be reported, if you need to go that route.

As for the feather stubs, ever since I brought in a new rooster I'm getting some of them too. I'm hoping to get rid of them by switching to another rooster, but a small percentage of my chicks are hatching with them.

All that over free eggs - really, truly free eggs since he didn't even have to pay for shipping. Honestly, he's acting like you ripped him off or something.

I wouldn't have been bummed with CJ's eggs.... I actually won't buy Ayam Cemani off ebay, because I doubt they are as high of quality as CJ's eggs.....

EDIT : AND flaws happen!!! I just hatched 4 toed silkie with out black FEET! I told the breeder I got the eggs from - and I wasn't upset about it, just wanted to let her know in case she wanted to fix her breeding pens or figure out which hens/rooster combo, threw that flaw. I won't be breeding it, but it doesn't mean it's not a nice bird for a pet!

CJ you have plenty of folks loving your birds, so please don't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. What you do here is fabulous!

I want some of CJ's bird, but I just have to wait until I can get an Ayam Cemani pen built... which won't happen for a while since I need to build my silkie pen, duck pen and turkey pen before I start asking for another one... LOL

I did want to share something about Brinsea octagons, for anyone that doesn't have the humidity pump... Look up "zorb fabric". It's a felt-like fabric that is super absorbent. When draped across the bottom of the incubator, down thru the water wells, and across to the other side, it helps keep the humidity up, without drying out. And it's washable and reusable!

I would make an exception on chickens to get CJ's. LOL
