I'm sorry I don't have any personal experience with geese. I know when my ducks have watery poop they have had parasites. If my goose had weird poop I would definitely ask a vet about doing fecal float to look for parasites. My ducks also get watery poop when we go to the vet though, because stress makes them poop like crazy. And, I don't know how similar ducks and geese are in this matter.

I would definitely get a scale and weigh him every day, like was recommended. It is too hard to be accurate without one and weight loss can tell you a lot his health.

I would try to get him to an avian vet, but... I'm on the cautious side about that. My ducks are my adored pets, just like my dog.
