Gander seems sick again with gasping - what to do?

What fungal infection was it that he had before, Aspergillosis?
& How was it treated?
those tend to come back
I'm not sure, but it was mold infection.

Update:

He ate grass seeds after midnight (Dec. 29-30) and hasn't shown the gaping symptom for a few hours. Not sure if he got an obstruction out or if the Doxycycline helped.

Will still take him to a vet to get diagnosis.

How is he now?
What he’s doing in that video is basically vomiting. He could be coughing also but what’s going on is something in his airway or throat is causing him intense discomfort and he’s giving it his all to get rid of it.
Maybe there’s something lodged in his throat, something sharp or irritating, something blocking his throat or airway, or something causing his throat to burn.
Fungal infections can come back, especially if he’s in a mold prone area and if his immune system is compromised. Asper takes time to appear, though two years is quite a stretch though. Definitely have your vet test for that, it can be a hard one to diagnose if there isn’t an obvious mass in the lungs, due to non specific vague symptoms so typically it’s based on known exposure to mold in feed or in the environment with respiratory distress. One key sign that does appear is that the number of white blood cells are through the roof.
That could cause what he’s doing if it’s growing in his esophagus or nasal passage.

Another thing to have the vet check is a bacterial infection of the digestive tract or parasites that could cause his digestion to slow down.

When my Thor had asper he did vomit up a bunch of saliva sort of like that but not with that intensity.
The other times I’ve seen it with that intensity is when I’ve given my geese denegard. Denegard can cause a burning sensation in the throat, imagine taking a shot of lysterine when you have strep and that’s basically what denegard feels like, so maybe something’s burning his throat?

And then when Roxby was constipated from Giardia + clostridium and that caused him to vomit like that also, so it can be a lower gi issue too.

He hasn't eaten normal food as far as I know since he ate the grass seeds after we gave him Doxycycline on December 29th (yesterday). He still preens himself and drinks water. We gave him another Doxycycline with ~50 mg dosage this time (100 mg seemed too much for him).

He's not gaping like he did yesterday, but he shook his head sometimes, and his breath doesn't sound smooth. He's not as energetic as usual. He took a bite of brown sugar water in order to get by the Doxycycline's taste. He also drank a little brewer's yeast water earlier. He ate a little soil.

Thanks to all for the possibility of obstruction or other throat issues. It's possible, as the last he had fungal infection, he didn't show many hiccups nor vomit (he vomited after the Doxycycline administration but not from the fungal infection itself), but this time, it's much many more hiccups and vomit.

Hopefully we can know what's going on on December 31st from the vet who has some avian profession. He had been eating a few days ago, so it's an earlier discovery of his conditions than the last he had a fungal infection. If little is known tomorrow, then hopefully on January 2nd, the vet who saw him a few times can find out what's going on.

Update after an avian vet visit on December 31:

Still not sure the cause, so we'll take him to another vet on January 2nd to check for fungal infection, gape worm, etc. and have X-ray exam if needed.

The current avian vet subscribed 150 mg Doxycycline per time, 2 times per day.

His breath sounds heavy, but the vet said she did not hear noise. Not sure if his breath is OK or not.

He has mucus.

He got the 150 mg Doxycycline administered around 12:10 PM in the hospital. Since then, he drank some plain water and brown sugar water but hasn't eaten anything as around 1:30 PM.

He ate soil and some grass seeds between 12AM on December 31 and 10AM December 31, so on the trip to the hospital, he had some semi-soild semi-liquid feces, but still not his normal feces.
