What ratio of ACV to water that I should use?

Well in a bucket of water I just get the vinegar and give it a jolly good squirt, so I guess it´d be about a sixteenth of a cup, maybe a tad more. Some on these threads do it more specifically, but I dont remember the ratio. You´ll know if it´s too strong because they won´t go near it. If it´s diluted enough they´ll be quite happy to drink it.

Is there something about not using AVC in a metal container because it goes toxic? I think I read that on a thread here. Maybe it's just aluminum.

You don't want to use it in galvanized pans. The zinc can go into solution and may be toxic.

I had actually added it to my peafowl's water as well which was in a galvanized container!!! I just ran out and scrubbed the container & changed the water (right after I choked on my coffee reading this!)
