Gape Worms?

Does anyone know of something that will kill these annoying things? I have tried medicines, but it doesn't work. Currently my chickens don't seem to have them, but since they have had them before, I am worried they will get the worms again.

What have you used to try to get rid of them so far?
SAFEGUARD Fenbendazole 0.23 ml per pound of bird x 3 days straight
VALBAZEN Albendazole 0.23 ml per pound x 5 days
