That sounds like stridor a sound where there could be a mucus plug, small piece of food, or swelling of the airways could be happening. But there also sounds like a sneeze occasionally, and that could be from a respiratory disease. I would continue to observe her. Stridor can clear up in a few hours, but if it is caused by a respiratory disease, it may last a couple of weeks.

Thank you for your reply, ok yes it is also winter here and we have had a lot of rain recently. Which antibiotic would be best if it’s a resp infection? I’ll keep her inside and monitor her first.

Where is "over here"? Where are you located in the world?
This helps to make suggestions about medications. Depending on the cause of respiratory infection...if disease like MG, then Tylan/Tylosin or one of the "cyclines" will help address symptoms.
