Gaping, shaking head, but not respiratory or crop issues?

Are you able to see it or feel it? If you're able to see it, have you tried to see if it will dislodge without harming or causing discomfort? I'm so sorry.

I can feel it. It’s a hard mass about an inch under her chin. I can actually see it now as it pushes her feathers up and out. Definitely not in her crop, but in her trachea or esophagus. Can’t see anything in her throat and no smell. I’m thinking some kind of growth, not anything she ingested.
