More air flow, up high, protected from the weather.
Adding gable vents at both end will make it even better.
Best way to ventilate in cold climate winters where windows are best kept closed to avoid direct drafts.

Totally off track for a few tried many feeders over time like few
stole this from another members pages brain doesn't allow me to say who now but great feeder will do more photos as we put the pieces together.. showed my BF their feeder he agreed might be the solution

You understand the birds will roost on those upper beams right
