Violets are super easy! Just get the double pots made for them . Water goes in the bottom, plant in the top. They prefer water from the bottom.

I've never tried to grow any orchids but I've slain plenty of violets just by looking at them![]()

I splurged today. For lunch I had a New York Strip steak with a baked potato with sour cream and butter and cole slaw made from fresh out of the garden cabbage. The rest was really good but the cole slaw was outstanding!
You be sure not to look at my Yellow Prairie Violet then. I would be really unhappy if something happened to it.

That sounds great! My dinner was grilled baby back ribs alongside a fresh garden salad made from 100% homegrown produce including: Cucumbers, Zucchini, Lettuce greens, Strawberries, Black Raspberries, Red Raspberries & Carrots.
