I wonder if planting mint and garlic around the tomatoes would help. And of course put a little shampoo as well - Sodium Lauryl Sulfate??
I will try doing that next spring. I can handle the mint,,, since it is in containers that I grow the items that get most squirrel activity.

I will research the shampoo idea, and make sure it does not kill or stunt plant growth. Also read that moth balls, are a good deterrent, but the new moth ball formula has been changed. People on the bus wearing their coats for first time in the cool season,,,,,,, no longer smell like mothballs.
I remember mothballs would keep stray dogs off the lawn.

I purchased a can of this Critter Ridder.
It worked, until it rained. Went thru the can,,, and then found the Tomcat,,, which
does not loose effectiveness due to rain/watering.
