Welcome Sara I used to live in Brisvegas many years ago Opted for a massive sea change. Living out in the sticks in NSW.
And don't worry, I talk to my girls and rooster all the time, I get strange looks. Known as the crazy chook lady lol
I have Rhode Island Reds and Isa Browns Hopefully ducks very soon as well

I LOOOONG to be referred to as the Moorooka Crazy Chook Lady! A girl can dream can't she? Can't have roosters where I am which is a shame. They are such striking looking birds. Will make do with 3 chooks. Had a bit if a chat and a cuddle with the girls this morning. They are surprisingly affectionate.

I think some people say they are dumb I sometime wonder if they are smarter than most people I know around here lol I sit down out the back and they come and sit by my feet nattering away

Oh wow, I used to live in Nettleton Cresent in Moorooka Gees going back probably 16 yrs now lol

I live in Fegen Drive! At the Nettleton Crescent end......that's just round the corner! It's a small (chook lovin' ) world hey?

Sure is Gees that just bought back some memories I love living down here now, although winter is freezing But summers are glorious and I can have and do pretty much what ever I like out here
