Now the questions: Supposedly this is a blue laced red Wyandotte. But it looks so small, and the wings are fully developed—And they can fly really well for chickens.

They may be. How old? Do you have comparison picks next to any bird you KNOW are large fowl? Adorable bird, by the way.
 
Your wyandotte is beautiful! I do not see any blue lacing in her.:)
The silver laced orpingtons are huge compared to most other chickens. I have one and she is one and half times bigger then the other pullets her age. Maybe your wynadotte is just a little small. Do you have photo of them next to each other? Other chickens in your flock to compare to?
