Gell Stuff In Chick cage

We have a coop built but this is not about that

In our chick cage with the heating lamp and stuff

there is this one corner where there is a bit of white gell looking stuff

it is by the water feeder so it might be poop with water spilled on it

Does anyone know what it may be?

Ok since no one replied i just washed and cleaned the cage and got rid of the previous bedding

i might of helped if you added pic although mys elf im new to chicks and stuff so i have no clue

Might be a combination of poop, water, and bedding. Elevating the water might help.

Could have been a type of mold.
