Is it a heritage breed or a line that was created to produce blue eggs?

It is "ultra rare" according to MPC

It looks so much like something put together.
There is a super blue egg layer on the site that looks a bit like your pic. The only blue egg layers I know are Araucana, cream leg bar and Ameraucana. Other than that, "I have no clue"
