Gender and breed?

Hi I had found a duck a cupple months ago that I'm 99% sure is female(tan) but then I was given a duck by one of my nabers... I have no idea by breed or gender of the white one... I was wondering if you guys could help me figure out what they are

breed? Her name is late Quakers

white one breed/gender(swiss)

To my knowledge both are full grown

If he is solid white, I’d say Pekin.
