Gender Reveal?

Meet Pincess Peach (white and brown) and Princess Daisy. We bought these lovely ducks from tractor supply from a straight run bin. So the genders were a mystery as well as breed. Though due to the feather curling up on Princess Peach I think we may have a Prince Peach and a Princess Daisy.
What do you guys think?

The spotty one looks like a Welsh Harlequin drake. The other I'm not sure of breed but also looks like a drake.

Hatcheries often get rid of their extra males by sending them to stores as straight run.

Oh that makes sense that they would do that. Lesson learned. I think next time we will get them straight from the hatchery.

Well the odds weren't in our favor I guess. Thanks. We are very new to ducks but I was thinking the whiter one was possibly a Welsh Harlequin. Never heard of a Silver Apple yard before so that's cool.

So next year, get yourself about 6 or 60 females! 6+0 still equals 6 right??

Ducks are addictive.

They look like males I’d get 8 hens next year but keep them separate from chickens if you have any, drakes can internally damage chickens
