Gender and color variation identification

Hello, I have this coturnix quail that is about 6 weeks old. The whole bunch, 5 total birds, isn't showing much for vent sexing yet. Does anyone know what gender this is by feather sexing? And also the color variation?

Based on the brown on the head I would say male. The colours have changed names enough times that I don't know the names of colours anymore.

What color is that? He’s pretty but he looks like a rusty fawn/Italian but doesn’t have any other spots/flecks. Homozygous fawn (manchurian)? Cool whatever it is! I’d guess male too.
