Gender Guesses? Two 2month old poults

I am thinking Hens but I'm not so sure because I don't even have experience with live turkeys in general so I am not sure. Any guesses? Is it too early to tell?

i have some slates around the same age as yours and most of the males have noticeably larger snoods
