Gender Guessing Game: my EE/Barnyard mix hatch....

Hatched August 11-14, 2020

CHIP: white & black, and a couple new reddish brown small feathers. Roo?? or Pullet?? I hate to think roo, but I'm afraid he is?? Very sweet disposition. Runs right to me, loves to be held and even naps in my arms.

I think it is a cockerel. The back feathers are all mussed up, so it is difficult to tell if there is male feathering, but the comb is largish and red.

COCO PUFF: mixed colors, curled toes that refused to straighten after a week long attempt after hatch. Very calm, Chip's best friend and cuddle buddy at night. I'm hoping pullet?? But last few days she has started standing up to everyone else & is tired of being last to eat with Chip. (8 chicks in total) Also doesn't mind being picked up and held.

Yeah, his feathers are a mess, probably from the biggest alpha black EE chick that is already crowing. Thanks for the input!

Formerly known as Tinkerbell, now named TINKER TOY: mixed coloring, mostly a reddish brown. Had thought Female the first few weeks, but now I'm 99% sure Male. Constantly challenging everyone.

COFFEE: looks like a brown/barred rock/ee mix. Quiet and loves being on the perch. Avoids & runs from any conflicts. Very shy and scares easily. Pullet????
