Gender help!

My chicks are between 7 and 8 weeks old. We ordered 25 pullets from the hatchery. Of course, we knew there would be a chance that we'd get a cockerel. I have a few on my watch list because of certain features or behaviors, but this one is so different from on the rest that I thought I'd get someone else's opinion. We're pretty new at this and are pretty much learning as we go. Although, I'm worried that we started with so many because I already want more and I think that could be a problem! Lol Thanks for your input!

Pullet only coloring. By 8 weeks, most cockerels are really obvious either because of the combs or their coloring.

Good! I was worried. All my other ee's are dark colored. She's the only grey/silver one so I wasn't sure!
