Gender help

Hatched two chicks 12 weeks ago. The dark one is defiantly a rooster but the other one I’m not sure. They feathered completely different. White/red one feathered very slowly and I have seen the rooster feathers in the dark one for a few weeks. He also has a rooster voice when the others attack him. The other one doesn’t sound like that but I see pointy hackle feathers I think. Also the white one is very tall with thick legs. Starting to think they are both Roos. Any idea The white one is very friendly and the dark one looks evil!!!!

The white and red cockerel looks very much like a White Laced Red Cornish cockerel
