Gender help?

I have a silkie mix breed. He/she is beautiful and so sweet towards me. He/she is 15 weeks old. If this is a boy I need to separate him. He/she is mean to one specific pullet. I will attach pictures. Any thoughts on if this is a male or female. I'm new to chickens and I'm just not sure. Thanks in advance for help.
