I'm pretty sure the one you are calling a Marans is the only female. It doesn't look like a Marans to me. Maybe a black sex link pullet or partridge Plymouth rock pullet. The Polish looks more like an Appenzeller Spitzhauben, and I would guess cockerel. The blue Easter egger looks like a cockerel, too.

Your "Polish" is an Appenzeller Spitzhauben, and is a pullet

Thanks for the clearer pics. At 7 weeks, that comb on the blue EE makes me think cockerel. Others look to be pullets, but I don't have any experience with crested breeds, so could easily be wrong.

Definitely not all pullets. The EE is a male and the spitz may be one too. Too early to say for that one, but the EE is a male for sure.

For the spitz, an update is needed, but I vote male.
