Gender issues

Some of those girls sure look like they should be laying. Since they're not contained in the pictures, have you gone on an egg hunt in the yard? They don't always know they're supposed to lay in a nest box, they often lay under shrubs, anywhere secluded and cozy.

Or they can just drop one out walking across the yard

Yeah they are all pullets I have 2 that are laying now and the lighter black orp. is still not laying she is about a week and a half behind... Weird but it seems to be common. Thanks for all your help and they are actually laying in the nest box too!
 
Here are some updated closer pictures! Thank you all for the opinions I wish more people would tell me what they think tho! Still no crowing which started in the other splash I had over a month ago but I already got rid of him. this is his sibling tho








these all say pullets (i'm just seeing this update)
